Description & Tasting Notes:

The Shiraz shows a delicate complexity with ripe fruit and plums included in the bouquet with subtle pepper and dark berry aromas. The fruitiness on the nose transfer smoothly onto the palate with a silky finish. The Shiraz was matured in oak barrels for 12 months.

Serving Suggestion:

Pair with venison, rabbit, beef stroganoff, duck and mature cheeses. This wine can easily cellar for up to 10 years as it will continue to develop superbly.
